5 things I do in difficult moments
Don’t give up on your dream, you’ve got to keep moving. If you really have to take the long route do that but always remember you need to come back to your vision. Give yourself a timeline when it comes to how long your detour will last. Make the experience count and let it push you closer towards your goal.
Exceeded expectations: My story
I express my expectations the best way possible and I’ve realised that it doesn’t breed disappointment. It opens up the two parties to dialogue which in many instances has led to creating solutions that satisfy both parties. Rather than disappointment, it creates a clear path/environment for sound decision-making.
The plight of Young Professionals: My side hustle
A lot of Young Professionals have been “profession-hopping” and one of the causes is related to remuneration. (This is from my personal observations). They haven’t had a chance to stay focused on a single profession because of the need to supplement their employment or business income. What effect does this have on the future pool of professionals? Are we going to have adequately skilled professionals in the different industries or we will start importing some skills?
We need to safeguard our professions with the future in mind.
